13 DAYS OF WYNDHAM HALLOWEEN SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE . Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC (“ WHG”) is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes and Berlin Productions, Inc. is the administrator of this Sweepstakes (the “ Sweepstakes Administrator”).

1. Term. The Wyndham 13 Days of Halloween Sweepstakes (the “ Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (ET) on October 19, 2020 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2020.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to current full-time and part-time employees of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Inc. (“ WHR”), the parent company of WHG, and WHR managed hotels (family members are not eligible) (“ Employee” or “Employees”).

3. Prizes. Grand Prize Winners: Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entry submissions to receive 90,000 Wyndham Rewards points each (approximate retail value (“ ARV”) of 90,000 Wyndham Rewards points: US $1,170.00. Grand Prizes will be awarded upon the conclusion of the Sweepstakes

Total Wyndham Rewards points awarded upon the conclusion of the Sweepstakes: 270,000 (ARV of 270,000 Wyndham Rewards points: US $3,510.00).

The Grand Prize Winners must be Wyndham Rewards members to receive prizes.

All prize winners are solely responsible for all national, state and local taxes on any award. WHG and/or WHR will process appropriate taxes through payroll with respect to the award, which amount will be withheld by WHG and/or WHR and paid directly to applicable taxing authorities. WHG and WHR will not be responsible for any other amounts, should any recipient’s tax liability exceed its estimate. WHG and WHR make no guarantee that its estimate will cover all tax liability associated with receipt of the award.

4. Winner Selection:

Three Grand Prizes: Three (3) grand prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entry submissions received during the terms of the Sweepstakes to receive a Grand Prize of 90,000 Wyndham Rewards points.

For clarity, an employee may win only one prize.

5. How to Enter.

Employee’s entry must comply with specified requirements in the Sweepstakes Official Rules. A valid Sweepstakes entry will consist of an entry form with the required information, including full name, email address, employee ID number, Wyndham Rewards member ID number, and photo with caption (“ Submission”).

To enter the Sweepstakes, Employees must complete an entry form located at www.wyndhamhalloween.com, a publicly available website (the “Website”), with the required information, including Employee’s full name, work email address, employee ID number, Wyndham Rewards member ID number, and upload one (1) photo with a caption to the gallery. If an Employee is not a Wyndham Rewards member at the time of entry, the Employee will be able to join Wyndham Rewards on the Website. Employees may only enter one Submission per day. If you submit more than one Submission, only the first eligible Submission that you submitted will be eligible to win, and all others submitted by you may be disqualified.

Employees will have the option (not mandatory) to “like” photos uploaded to the gallery by clicking on one of emojis directly below the photo. Vendor will also add a Wyndham logo and the text “#mywyndham” to all photos uploaded to the gallery. The top 20 Employee’s with the most emoji “likes” of their photo from the gallery will be featured upon Promotion completion. Employee’s will be free to share on their social media channels but will not count as entry towards a prize. Only those employees who have opted-in will have his/her first name and location appear with the photo in the public gallery.

WHG has no obligation to acknowledge receipt of, return or respond to Submissions. Your entry must be submitted no later than 11:59:59 PM EDT on October 31, 2020 in order to be eligible to win one of the prizes.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you represent, warrant, and agree that your Submission: (a) is 100% original and was created solely by you and (b) complies with the Business Principles and related policies and the restrictions set forth below and on the Website. WHG reserves the right to disqualify any Submission or entrant or remove from the Website any Submission that does not comply with these Official Rules as solely determined by WHG. In addition, WHG shall have the right to remove from the Website or refuse to post any Submission for any reason, in its sole discretion.

You understand and agree that by submitting your Submission, you are granting to WHG and its licensees, successors and assigns (and you represent that you have the right to grant to them) a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), assignable, fully paid, royalty free, license to display the Submission on the publicly accessible Website along with your first name and last initial, city/state/country stated in your Submission, and to otherwise use, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish, make, sell, create derivative works of and create any other material based on or derived from, incorporate into other works, communicate to the public, distribute (through multiple tiers), perform and display the Submission in whole or in part, in any form, manner, venue, media, or technology now known or later developed, anywhere in the world, in perpetuity, for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising and promotion, without any additional compensation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may post some or all of the Submissions (in their original or in edited form) on the Website.

Photograph restrictions :

Submitted photographs should not

• include other people, including your or others' children, unless you have the permission of all adults and the permission of the parent or legal guardian of all children, to include them in the submitted photograph
• include any representation of celebrities, politicians, professional athletes, musicians, or any other public or private figure;
• include any anti-social, political or religious groups, any commercial solicitation or promotional materials and should not include your or any other person’s/companies’ full name, address, phone number, or URL address.
• contain advertisements, personal solicitations or commercial solicitations.
• feature beer, wine, distilled spirits (i.e., hard liquors, malt beverages), tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco and snuff), fireworks, firearms, and ammunitions, prescription drugs, illegal drugs, and related drug paraphernalia, nutritional supplements, lotteries and or gambling.
• contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group).
• contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.

5. Notification: Grand Prize winners will be announced as soon as practical after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes at the sole discretion of WHG. Award recipients will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

6. General Conditions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each employee agrees to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of WHG which will be final and binding in all respects. Further, each associate agrees that certain personal data, including your name and WHR employee ID may be processed, transferred, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Sweepstakes and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rule WHG and the Sweepstakes Administrator. The data may also be used by WHG or the Sweepstakes Administrator to verify the entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.
